If you need to cancel your charter for any reason, we regret that your deposit will not be refundable. However, we would happily re-schedule your charter with at least 7 days’ notice. Please note that we will re-book you if we need to cancel or change your charter dates due to weather, mechanical failure, or any other force majeure.  

We won’t cover your traveling, accommodation, or any other incidental expenses that may arise. Refunds are only possible if the port captain declares a port closure, whereas perfect sunny weather conditions do not grant a refund. A partial refund isn’t applicable when the charter is cut short due to your request or that of your guests. If the vessel does not meet your expectations, you are allowed to cancel the services before you set sail.  

Once you have embarked on your charter, you will not be able to cancel or receive a refund. Therefore, if the client decides not to go ahead with the charter, they will forfeit their deposit. Furthermore, once the client is on the water, they are not allowed to decline the charter. As for motion sickness, we cannot be held responsible for trips that have been cut short due to seasickness. Some people have a great tolerance for motion, but others may feel sick before even getting on the boat. There are no refunds for this matter.  

The client and their guests are accountable for keeping their personal items safe during their yacht experience; we unfortunately can not be held liable for any items that are lost or left behind. Still, we’ll make every effort to recover any lost items.
